When you run a prescreen or apply with us, we collect your contact details, household information, income information, and any documents you choose to upload.
We use this information to screen rental applications and to verify what you've told us.
Who sees it: SPFI Property Management, and the references or employers you list, when we reach out to verify your history.
How long we keep it: while your application is active. You can email us any time to ask us to delete your information.
We do not sell your information.
